Pacta keeps staffing and contingent labor providers compliant in every state they operate and gets their client contracts reviewed and signed, without the per-hour legal bill.
Built by people who do this work, not bolted on from a generic legal tool.
The Problem
On one side, compliance: a multi-state workforce means fifty rulebooks plus federal, and documents that quietly go stale the moment a state changes the law. On the other side, contracts: client MSAs, statements of work, and NDAs, the same redlines every week on slightly different paper.
Most firms patch each side with a different vendor, outside counsel, or a spreadsheet. Pacta covers both, and it was built by people who do this work.
Two product lines
Stay compliant in every state you operate. See your risk, generate compliant handbooks and workforce documents, keep them current as the law changes, and run a full compliance audit. Start free, add what you need.
The contracts inbox that does its own work. Pacta reads incoming contracts, produces your redlines and a legal memo, tracks every negotiation round, routes approvals, and closes to DocuSign. Your attorney reviews and sends every response.
Who built this
Pacta was built by employment lawyers who represent staffing companies, a practice that has reviewed staffing agreements and run compliance for these employers long enough to know which clauses cause real problems and which ones are noise. Every position in the product came out of a deal that actually happened.
The product comes from the practice, not the other way around. We did not start with software and look for legal work to point it at. We started with our own review queue and our own compliance headaches, and built the tools we wished we had.
"My job is to keep our clients out of the kind of trouble that ends in a $10M problem. Pacta is the work I'd assign to a senior associate if I had one: calibrated, fast, and accountable."Jason Gehlhausen, Esq.
FAQ
Two things. The Compliance Suite keeps your handbooks and workforce documents compliant across every state you operate, and the Contract Review platform reviews incoming client contracts and tracks them through signature. You can use either one on its own.
